With your registration within this online tool, you agree that your user data (incl. the data of your guests) will be used in accordance with Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR for hotel management and, if necessary, will be distributed to other contract parties such as hotels and the event agency prio Event Management GmbH.

The data of the guests will be deleted within six months following the event. Your user data may be saved for up to 12 months to invite you to the IFA hotel and ticket booking for the following year.
